They trill not promise to withhold opposition to any candidate not pledged to the Fedeial platform of the Political Labor Council of Victoria. The condition of the alliance by which the .Joint Election Committee were appointed to practically select. Federal candidates is held to strike at the heart of the. Labor Council, and would alone have secured the antagonism of the Central Executive to the compact.
