(Received September 23. at 9.25 a.m.) The Gennan Press, commenting on the Russian expressions- of indignation over the Thibetan Treaty, and the reports that the Buddfists in Mongolia are likely to rise, assume that China, as she had recognised the progress of Buddhism, sanctioned the Treaty beforehand.
