THE ‘OUTLOOK’ ON THE PRIMER OF BAPTISM
TO THE EDITOR. Sir,-pYour paragraph m last night’s ismt* regarding the - Outlook's ’ comments on ‘ the gratuitous circulation of the Rev. A. North's ‘I rimer of Baptism’ makes it .appear that I bad distributed the booklet on my own authority, but I merely executed an order received in tho ordinary way of busineu-, and accept no further responsibility than that. I should have fulfilled a Presbyterian order for the distribution of Presbyterian literature in precisely the name manner. Tour reference seems to expose mo to the severe censure of the editor of the ‘Out* look,’ and I have no ambition to be pilloried after the fashion he threatens —I am September 23.
