The public are getting educated to the fact that the "coupons" which they get at some of the shops cost the customers a great deal more than they are worth. Every merchant who reads this knows that if he gives out "coupons" he must get the cost of these "coupons out of his customers in one way or another, and the customers must pay also for the thousands of "coupons" which are never redeemed.
