It urpsars that the young man, having ban thrown from his horse, was found lying unconscious on the Gladstone road, tear Masterton, on Wednesday, bv a settler] who conveyed him to' Mastirton Hospital' Mrs A. Holmes and a sister of the deceased left for Lytttlttsn en route for Masterton by the night tnin on Thursday.
A bicycle accident occurred .it Nnpier on Christmas live. While Albert T'dser, a young man, was riding ,;long Hastings street he ran into a cab, the collision resulting in his receiving a severe scalp wound end other injuries.
