Four cruisers and four torpedo boats escort the Royal yacht Victoria and Albert from Holyhead to Kingston. A State entry will be made into Dublin on Tuesday. Seven thousand troops will line the route. There are an immense number of visitors to Dublin, in connection with the visit. Some of tho fleet have reached Kingston, where they will salute the Sovereigns. COLONEL LYNCH'S~~FUTURE. LONDON, July 20. (Received July 21, at 3.45 a.m.) The 'Westminster Gazette' publishes a rumor that Colonel Lynch may be pardoned in connection with the King's visit to Ireland.
