Renter's Yokohama correspondent states thai Great Britain, has requested: that Urga be opened to foreign tawLo Oorea is believed to be favorable to the request. The Powers will allow all prohibitions against the importation of arms to China to lapse in August, as they are considered useless and ineffective.
