This Day. Cattle.—l6B were yarded, prices ruling firm at last week's rates. Best bullocks £9 10s to £ll ss; medium, £7 15s to £9; best cows and heifer*, £7 10s to £9; medium, £6 to £7 ss. Sheep.—2,s42 were penned. Prices slightly easier. Best wethers, 17s to 18s 6d; medium, 14s 6d to 16s 6d; bsst ewes, 15s to 16s 6d; extra heavy, 18s 6d; medium, 15? to 14s 9d.
Lamb.i.— 438 were yarded, prices ruling 6d to Is higher, Best, 12s to 13s 6d; medium, 10s to lis 9d.
Pi* —l3B were penned, prices for all sorts ruling firm. Suckers, 8s to 12s; slips, 14s to 20s; st>res, 23s to 275; 30s to 445; baconcrs, 46s to 60s; heavv 655.
