TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—As a resident of that dark, drear, and dismal part of tue 'City located at the back of the railway station, may I be permitted to strongly urge upon the authorities the urgent need of better lighting accommodation in that locality. In draw in.g attention to this matter, I am merely representing the interests of a now fairly large and ever-growing number of ratepayers in that part of the City, and believe that such a need has only to be mentioned in order to be attended to.—l am. etc., Fiat Lux.
