to the editor. Sir,—ln your issue of the 22nd, “Stitch in Time" refers to the disgraceful state of the Cemetery road to Opoho. I quite agree with’ what he says, and I am sure that if Mr Arnold had the misfortune to get in one of the bog holes in that road he would be nowhere to be found.—l am, etc., „ Swim Out, May 23.
