TO THE EDITOB. Sir, —I see by last night's paper that the Retailers' Association are not going to observe Empire Day as a holiday. Now, I think this should be the closest holiday of the year, as it will keep fresh in our memory the British Empire's greatest Sovereign, and there should be no delay by the mayor iu proclaiming it a holiday.—l am, etc., Empire Day.
