An Auckland message says:—The Premier and the Hon. J. Carroll arrive here from Rotoraa to-morrow, and proceed to Kawhia in the Hhiemoa, to deal with native matters there. They go thence direct to Wellington. Sir Joseph Ward left for Wellington this morning. * The Minister of Mines inspects the Mount Somers coal mine to-day.
