m PURCHASE OF LINOTYPES. THE PARLIAMENTARY SESSION. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, May 20. (Received May 20, at 9.10 a.m.) The Federal Government have purchased sixteen linotypes for use in the Government Printing Office for Federal work. The Government have not yet concluded the consideration of their business programme for the forthcoming session. The desire of the Government is to proceed with machinery bills first. Probably the first measure will be the High Court Bill, and then the Defence and Inter-State Commission Bills.
