(Received May 20, at 9.34 a.m.) A Stambuloffist Cabinet has been formed, with General Petroff as Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Petkoff as Minister of the Interior. [The only point of interest to the outside world in these Bulgarian Cabinet changes is that the Ministry lately resigned was supposed to be favorable to Russian aims in the Balkans.]
