SPORTING INTELLIGENCE

The weekly run by the Dunedin Harriers was held on Saturday at Anderson Bay where the club were the guests of Mr Jefunpromising weather there were about thirty members running Messrs Every and Israel, as hares, laid a fairly lengthy trail. The pace was wanner than it has been hitherto this year, despite the fact that the ground was so soft that no one kept his feet for long. By the time the mud had been washed off and justice had been done to Mr Jeffery’s hdepitality darkness had set in.
