KELVIN GROVE, N.E.V.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—l wonder if it will be any use to call the attention of our borough councillors to the state of the bridge lately erected at Kelvin Grove. To forward letters to the Council at the usual meetings is worse than useless. Moat likely, however, the elections being, over, their attention may turn the convenience of those who elected them. The approach to thin same bridge at either end is a quagmire. There are 6'm or 4in of mud. All we ask for,is a metal pathway to and from the bridge, of a light.—l am, etc., Resident. Mav 16. .
