PARIS, April 16,
A squadron of German dragoons crossed the Freni hj frontier in the vicinity of Lnneville, and advanced a distance of fifty yards, while their captain described the bearings of the country. The prefect of Nancy informed General Andre, Minister of War, of the incident.
