HANMER, March 9. The Premier yesterday visited Mr J. M'Arthur's St Helen's Station, and Mr Hood drove five of the party over Jollie's Pass to the Clarence. Mr Seddon left here at 11 a.m. for Culverden, and will be in Christchurch to-night. To-morrow morning he will visit; the Rangiora High School, at noon will open the new baths atKaiapoi, and at 4 p.m. will be at Christchurch to receive an address, and the Canterbury portion of t}ie national purse.
