The Rates or Fares to be Paid for Carriages-—that is to say, for the whole vehicle and not per head- for each person riding therein—shall be as follows, the person hiring having the option of being charged either by time or distance:— FARES BY TIME for CARRIAGE Drawn by ONE HORSE— For the first, second or third hour, four shillings per hour. For every subsequent hour, three shillings per hour. For half or quarter-hours, at the same proportionate rate.
