For Australian States (via Hobart), Ceylon, India, China, Straits Settlements, Mauritius, South Africa, Mediterranean Ports, Continent of Europe, United Kingdom, etc.—Per South express, at 8 a.m. Late letters South express, 9.5 a.m. Dae in London 9tb November. Money orders close at 1 p.m., jparcels for Australian States at 3 p.m., registered letters at 5 p.m. on the 27th. SAN FRANCISCO MAIL SERVICE. TUESDAY, OCTOBER 7. For Northern Ports, Samoa, Sandwich Islands, Japan, Philippine Islands, Uniiad States of America, Canada, South America, West Indies, United Kingdom, and Continent of Europe, at 10 a.m. Book packets and newspapers at 9 a.m on the Tth; money orders close at 4 p.m. and registered letters at 5 p.m. on the 6th. The above mail will close at the branch post offices. North Dunedin, South Dunedin, Cavers ham, and Roslyn, for money orders and registered letters at 5 p.m. on the 6th; letters at 9.30 a.m. on the 7th; and newspapers at midnight on the’6th. At the Port Chalmers office at 8.45 a.m. on the 7th; money orders at 4 p.m., and xegirtered letters at 5 p.m. on the 6th. The above mail will be due in London on the Bth November. Maiils for’ Australian States, Ceylon, China, India, Continent of Europe, and United Kingdom, etc., will close at Wellington on the 27th, at noon. Mail for Hongkong, per Selsdon, will close at Wellington on the 27th at 3 p.m. The Tutanekai leaves the Bluff about the 28th for Southern Islands, and for West Coast sounds and hays about 12th October. Mails for Cape Town and Sooth Africa, per Sue vie, will close at Sydney on the Ist October Mails for Rarotonga, Tahiti, and Penrhyn and Nine Islands close at Auckland on the 7th October at 4 p.m. Mails for Noumea and Fiji will close at Sydney on the Bth October.
