Thomson presiding. Tne official report of tbs meeting states it was decided to pursue the same course as was pursued last session, in not forming any party organisation or electing a leader. At the same time members generally expressed the. opinion that they would individually criticise the policy and financial administration and measures introduced by the Giv vcrnment from the point of view of the welfare of the colony, while doing their best, to facilitate the progress of business.
