—y The Hope of Caversham Lodge, 1.0. G.T., held their weekly meeting in the late Edinburgh Castle Hotel, at Caversham, last Thursday evening O.T. Bro. 0. Brough m the chair- It was decided to pay «u official visit to the AH Nations Lodge, arid to join with Other lodge? and co-operate with the Rev-Mr Sinclair in connection with the tewpewjpe chuvoh jviradte* It was also decided that a deputation should wait on the tQ request tmt ail etc., be closed on Coronation Day. Bros. Begga, South, sen., and Thorn spoke for the good of the Order Harmony waa contribute by Bn>. Stubbs, Sisters Campbell, L. South, and Richardson (songs). The vote of thanks was responded to by Bro. M’Kenzie, on behalf of the Alliance. The monthly meeting of Court Advance, Juvenile Foresters, was held on the 12th inst. in St. Peter’s Hall', Cargill road, and being the eighth anniversary oi the court there was a good attendance of members and friends. An official visit was paid by Court Pride of the Forest. Bro. Hutchins, C.R. of Court St. Andrew, was in the chair, and at his request Bro. Morgan, one of tho Management Committee, addressed the members on Forestry. Bro, Gillies presided at the pianp. Songs were given by Bros. Pain, vVilson, Jarvis, Jolly, and several others, and Bro. Clark gave a selection on the mandoline, Bro. Youngmun also addressed the court. C.R. Bro. Watson replied on behalf of Court Pride of the Forest The weekly meeting of the Crystal Spring Juvenile Temple was held in the Choral Hall on Saturday evening, Sis. D- Churchill, C.T., presiding. There was one qandidate for initiation. The Star of Kaikorai Juvenle Temple attended officially, and contributed a few items to the programme. The evening's programme was' subsequently proceeded with as follows:—Piano solo, Sis. Beck: recitation, Sis. Mitchell-Hill; song, Sis. Gunn; recitation, >Sia. Whale; recitation, Sis. Philip; piano solo, Bro. Beisdl; recitation, Sis. L. Facey; 7 song, Sis. Hobson ; recitation, Sis. Churchill; piano solo, Sis. Beck. Bro. Don. Cameron, Bro. Whale, Bro. Merrv, and Sis. Whale (superintendent of the Kaikorai Juveile Temple) all said a few words. A brother donated 6s towards the temple.
