Tiernan (Charles N.) left London for Australia or New Zealand twenty-one years back. Daughter Elizabeth asks. There are in the Bible 3,566,480 letters. Great Britain's national drink bill' last year amounted to £160,891,718. This would allow them to place on each letter in the Bible £45 2s 2|d, and leave over £2,000 to spare.
