Company's ship Wellington (Captain Thomas), which left. Liverpool on November 9, passed there this morning. Her cargo for Dunodin consists of 600 ions of "general merchandise, and there is a balance for Wellington, -which is to bo her first port of call. After discharging at. the Northern port she will come on to Dunodin. Messrs Neil] and Co. are the local agents. THE DIRECT STEAMERS.
