THE BURNS ANNIVERSARY
The 143 rd anniversary of the birth of Robert Burns will be celebrated in the Agricultural Hall to-morrow evening, and as (owing to the death of the Queen) this popular annual event was not held last year, " a by-ordinar'" attendance may be expected. The programme is an attractive one, comprising an address by Mr J. A. Millar, M.H.R., and the musical part of it will be provided by the choir, the popular Black Family, Mrs Monkman, Messrs James Jago, Herbert Moss, and a recitation by Miss Marie Landels, an elocutionist of much promise.
