DUBLIN BECOMING LOYAL.
JDutoin, according to the results of the January municipal elections, is at length becoming a loyal city. The Lord Mayor (Rjv Thomas Vile) and other members of the Corporation who had voted in favor of presenting ;m address to the Queen on the occasion oi her visit io Dublin in April, and whose rejection at the poll had been predicted on this account, were.not only re-elected, but. elected by increased majorities, these including Mr Geo. Mackie. Mr Jonea, and Mr Andrew Beattie. ])r Kennedy did not seek reelection. On the other hand, Mr J. Olannev, a Nationalist, who may be regarded a,s the Nationalbt, who may' he regarded as the k;;der of the opposition to the address, defeated by a majority of two to one
