Money orders 4 p.m. and registered letters 5 p.m. on the 28tk Correspondence for the United Kingdom ( . to he specially addressed. Mails for Chatham Islands close at Lyttelton at 8 p.m. on the 26th. MaiLs for Natal and Cape Town, per Gulf of Bothnia, from Melbourne, January 27. Note.—The postage on letters to Australia will remain at twopence; letters prepaid one penny will be surcharged. Edkd.
