POST OFFICE MAIL NOTICE.

Mails dose at the Chief Post Office, Dunedin, subject to any necessary alterations, is under; Overland, North, daily, 10.20 a.m. Late letters, 10.45; also on the mail van up to 11 a .m. Books and newspapers, 10 a.m. Late-fee letters must bear, in addition to the ordinary postage—ld for inland letters, 2d for letters for Australia and the South Sea Islands, and for foreign countries. TUESDAY, JANUARY 22. For Northern Ports. —Per Talune, at 3 p.m. For Australian Colonies, via Hobart, India, China, Straits Settlements, South Africa, Mauritius, Mediterranean Ports, Continent of Europe, United Kingdom, etc. —Per South express, to connect with the Moana at the Bluff, at 8 a.m. Due in London March 3. Parcels for Australia wil close at 3 p.m. on the 21st. Money orders close at 4 p.m. on the 21st. Also correspondence for Hawaiian Islands, Canada, and United States of America, in connect with the Vancouver steamer at Sydney. THURSDAY, JANUARY 24. For Northern Ports.—Per Monowai, at 4 p.m. FRIDAY, JANUARY 25. For Australian Colonies, except Tasmania. —Per North express, to connect with the Monowai, at 10 a.m. The Delphic will leave Lyttelton for London via Tcnerilfo on tire 21st, at noon. Parcels for the United Kingdom, etc., will close at this office on the 19th, at 9.30 a.m. Correspondence to be specially addressed. Mails for Natal and Capo Town, per Aberdeen, on the 22nd, and Culf of Bothnia, from Melbourne, January 27.
