They were entertained at luncheon by the Ministry. ORMUZ-ISMALTA COLLISION. MELBOURNE, January 18. The inquiry into the Onnuz-Ismalia collision found that Pilot Emmersan, who was in charge of the Ornruz, was blameable. It is, however, understood that owing to a blunder in the method of procedure the inquiry will be nugatory. FIRE IN MELBOURNE. MELBOURNE, January 18. Messrs Mason, Firth, and M'Cutcheon's printing-works in Little Collins street were destroyed by fire last night. The stock, which is valued at £12,000, was insured for £7,000 :
