The proportion of reserve to liabilities is 37.52. The total notes in circulation is £29,813,000; public deposits, £6,838,000 ; other deposits, £36,960,000; Government securities, £16,187,000; other securities, £29,029,000. Three months' bills are discounted at 4 1-16 per cent. Consols are quoted at £97 ss.
