NOT AT ALL SURPRISING.
WELLINGTON, May 30. The S.M. gave judgment to-day in the two cases brought against the owners of houses who had resisted condemnation by the municipal authorities. The condemnation wan upheld. Mr Haselden commented on the diversity of opinion among the medical men on so simple a subject as the sanitary or Insanitary condition of. a building, and expressed surprise that they should be unable to agree.
