SYDNEY, February 5. Mr Lyne, the Premier, has arranged that Mr Barton should resign his seat in the Assembly prior to his going to England as the colony’s representative on the Federal delegation. HOBART, February 5. Sir Philip Fysh will act as the representative of Tasmania on tho-Foderal delegation to England.
