Late letters, 10.|o; also on the up to 11 a.m. Books and newspapers, 10 a.m. Late-fee letters must bear. In addition to the ordinary postage—ld for inland lettars, 2d for letters for Australia and the South Sea Islands, and 2Jd for all other places. Thursday, February 1. For Northern Ports and Australian Colonies (except Tasmania).—Per Mokoia, at 3 p.m. Friday, February 2. For Lyttclton and Uhnstchurch.-Per Flora, at 2 p.m. THE VANCOUVER SERVICE. ~ Thursday, February 1. lor Canada, United States, West Indies, Japan, rl pp », ne !slands . United Kingdom, Europe, etc. —Per Mokoia (tn connect with the Vancouver steamer at Sydney), at 3 p.m. Money orders, icgistered letters, books, and newspapers, at 2 p.m. Due in London 14th March. Mails for Cromarty, Puvsesur Point, and Te Oneroa will close at Invercargill on the Ist February, at 12.30 p.m. Mails for South Africa, perClaverdon, will close at Lyttelton on-the 3rd February, at 8 p.m. Mails for Natal and Cape Town, from Melbourne, per Australasian, February 21. The Otarama will leave Lyttelton for London via Monte Video on the 30th, at 3 p.m. NOTICE. As offices depatching mails for South Africa will in future make up a special mail for the New Zealand .Second Contingent, as well as the First Contingent, the public are advised to address letters clearly to the No. 1 or No. 2 Contingent as the case may be.
