M'Kewen. —Claim, £9 10s, for damages caused through the defendant's drag colliding with the plaintiff's van.—Mr Eraser appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Hanlon for the defendant.— After evidence the plaintiff was nonsuited, without costs, he having sued the wrong party.
