The Leader of the Opposition declares that he can have no policy until he captures the Treasury, but Mr George Hutchison discloses a pohcy for h\s chief when the spirit of Bun i, UC ri 1S as a roc l wherewith to blacken the Government. Fancy a leader of the Opposition with “Purity” his cry secretly courting the lowest class of Chinese as his assistants! Referring to the marine scandal, Parliament n ° doubt see that justice is done.
