As a matter of fact, fl» child referred to lives nearly half a mite from Ravensbourne School. She was ■S n?0 l ed , nn r r? m R avensbourne"' School In March, 1898, and sent to a town school.- She ****.£nJ? n $ back to Havensboume School on the 20th July, 1898-ten days before the annual examination. As her teacher reported the child as quite unfit for the Ist Standard examination she was not sent forward for examination. Her case has Seen reported to the truant officer over and over again, and the constable of the district has several times called and warned the parents.
