ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
HOKITIKA, May 15 A man named John Taylor, employed in the Westland Siw-mill, was found drowne in Wttimea Creek this morning. It is sup posed that he slipped in last night wh.L getting water from the creek, sinking hi> head on a log at the time. He was an ob and respected resident of the district. Ht leaves a widow and a family of six.
