MEETINGS OF SOCIETIES.

The fortnightly meeting of the Loyal Caversham Lodge, M.U.1.0.0.F., was held on Wednesday evening. G.M. Bro. Broadfoot presided, and there was a good attendance of members. The delegates report of annual district meeting was received. One candidate was initiated into the Order. The lodge tendered their congratulations to P.G. Bro. Briggs upon his attaining the office of D.P.G.M. P.G. Bro. Smith, on behalf of the Loyal Albion Lodge, and P-G. Bro. Broadfoot, on behalf of Loyal Hand and Heart Lodge, responded to the second toast of the evening. D.P.G.M. Bro. B "SgS| *J behalf of the district, responded to the third toast of the evening.
