THE OAMARU SHOW.
[Special to tub Stab.] OAMARU, November 18. The show was continued 10-day in fine weather. The principal attraction was the draught horses, which constituted one of the best exhibitions ever seen at tho Oamaru ffiow, though not numerically to strong as ou some previous occasions. The judging is now proceeding. Gardiner’s Cedric Saxon, by Crown Prince—-Rowena, was first in the aged entire class, boating Young Renfrew and Knight Timplar. Gibsou’s Earl of Springfield is first in the threc-year-oid chfh, while Gardiner's Record K-igu beats a good field of two-year-olds. Ia yearlings Mr J. C. Holmes tikes first placo with a Hard Times colt. Awamoa is also to the fore iu brood mares, rilling all three place?, the old champion Princess, by Grown Prince—Young Brisk, being again first. In a strong ring of dry mares Mr Holmes Bgain score?, filling all the .■laces. Polled Angus were also judged 10-day, ToUra Estate being the only exhibitors and faking the awards in all the ectious. The other sections of tc-day’s fudging are unimportant.
