CHARITABLE AID BOARD.
The monthly meeting of this body, held this afternoon, was attended by Messrs J. preen (in the chair), C. Haynes, H. Clark ? P. Miller, J. flazlett, R. Wilson, and Q. Baxter. BEQUI3ITIONS. The usual requisitions were passed H follows : Benevolent Institution, £800; Gaversham Industrial School, £693 2a; Burnham Industrial School, £4 4s 61; Dunedin Female Refuge, £ls. It was mentioned that the Clutha County Council were five months in arrears witft their contributions. A letter was received on the subject, and the secretary s repjy was approved. The Roslyn Borough Council were also mentioned as being in arrears fojr the same period, and the matter Was referred to the Board's solicitors. The audited aocounts were laid on the table. ____ HOSPITAL BOARD. The monthly meeting of the above Board was then held, there being present Messrs Green (chairman), Hayneg, Clark, Miller, and Wilson. The Hospital Trustees' monthly claim for £450 was submitted and passed, and the salary accounts for £434 were similarly dealt with. The audited accounts were laid pn the table.
