ELECTRIC TRAMWAYS.
THE TAURANGA-ROTORUA SCHEME.
AUCKLAND, September 6. A oablegram from Mr A. J. Vogan states that he interviewed the Right Hon. Mr Seddon at Sydney re the proposed electric tramway between Tauranga and Rotorus, for which English capital is offering if a land grant is obtainable. The Premier said he was favorable to the scheme nnd similar works. There would be no difficulty, he said, so far as the lands of New Zealand were concerned.
