BOMB OUTRAGES IN TURKEY.

CONSTANTINOPLE, August 21. Following the outrage of a few days ago another bomb was exploded at the official residence of the Grand Vizier, which killed the Vizier’s secretary and four officials. Gangs of men, armed with bludgeons, paraded the streets, but the police dispersed them. Tho city is now quiet

Tho four recent explosions in Constantinople were of a most determined nature. In three cases the outrages were the work of Armenian criminals, while a Turk was responsible for the fourth. Another explosion occurred on Friday, but was harmless. A further number of Armenians have been arrested.
