LONDON, August 12,

Prince Henry of Orleans, who recently returned from a journey to Abyssinia, states that King Menelik claims the immense territory between Lake Rubolf and Lake Albert Nyanza as his equatorial province in Ethiopia, and has entrusted the administration and development of the territory to Count Leontieff, a Russian officer, who will be assisted by French officials.
