Statham v. William Crowe.— Claim, £5 Os Ga, on a promissory note. Judgment was given for the amount claimed by default, with costs (£1 5s 6d). Carolin and Co. v. Harry'Morria.— Claim, £1 3s 2d, for goods supplied.—Judgment was given for plaintiffs for amount ■".claimed, with costs (Gs). > ,', ' p. M. Spedding v. Rudolph Charles Miller (of Invercargill).—Claim, £l4, on the sale of sewing machines—Mr Sim appeare'd>,for plaintiff, and Mr W. C. MacGregor (for-Mr Macahster) for defendant.—After evidence His Worship reserved judgment. Robert Dickison [v. Roche Wood, jun.— t .V"' £1 10s ' for board and Edging. Mr J. Mouat appeared for the defendant.—There being no appearance of the plaintiff the case wa3 struck out.
