"Onlooker" suggests that the shares in the proposed Coolgardie prospecting association should be reduced, so that persons with limited means might take an interest in the project. " Interested " wants to know what is affecting the gas supply at present. The quality is variable and his bill alarmingly large considering that the nights are shortening.
