Dear Sir,—At your request 1 have this morning examined your system of accounts in dealing with four vanmen. 1 hereby certify that it is as perfect a one as could he devised for the carrying on of your bread deliveries. Monej s collected by the vanmen are paid in each evening, and details of payment as a rule given next moruinu to the bookkeeper.
