Robert Gibson. —£s 14s 6d for goods supplied.—Mr A. S. Adams for plaintiffs, for whom judgment was given with costs. „ . , „. James Macfie v. William F. Wilkinson (Uver-sham).-Claim, £2 Is, on a judgment summons. -Defendant did not appear and Mr A. to. Adams appeared for the plaintiff. -The Bench ordered defendant to pay the amount stilll due with costs, on the 16th of November, m default twenty-four hours'imprisonment. Peter M'lndoc v. Alexander Michael (bouth Dunedin).-Claim, £6 6s, on a Judgment summens. Mr A. S. Adams for plaintiff-Defen-dant did not appear, and was ordered tonaj the amount still due, with costs, on the 16th November, in default seven days imprponment. Edward Norton Taylor (Christchurch) v. Robert Clark.-Claim, £7 Bs, on a judgment summons. Mr Thornton for plaintiff, and Mr A. S. Adams for defendant;— After evidence had been given bv the defendant to the effect that he had no means, the Bench dismissed the case
