ACCIDENIS AND FATALITIES.
An accident happened at Wanganui yesterday afternoon whereby a young man named Alexander Simpson lost bis life. He was tiding on the box seat of a cab with the driver, named Kinnaird, about four miles and a half out of town, when the horse took fright when crossing a small bridge over a oreek and bolted. Simpson was throws off, and died before the dootor arrived. WELLINGTON, April 28.
The medioal evidenoe at the inquest on Riohardson showed that under the delusion that he was suffering from several diseases, and had been in a depressed state for some time, he committed suioide. A verdict was returned accordingly.
