M, Larkin, formerly secretary to tho South Melbourne Building Society, who was accused of "defrauding the society, is missing, aud a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
ADELAIDE, March 17. Mr and Mrs Stanley have left on their return to Europe. HOBART, March 17.
The Postal Conference has begun. Mr Bird, the Postmaster-General of Tasmania, in president. Ho regretted the absence of Now Zealand representatives.
