MUNICIPAL NOMINATIONS.

Roslyn.—The following were nominated as councillor for Sunnyslde Ward :-James Durston, proposed by Metm John Roberts and Joseph Hunter; and John M'Rae, by Messrs G. T. Bain and Lewis Wright. Port Chalmers. - Alexander Dawson, who was proposed by Messrs William Kettle and William John Waters, only candidate, was duly elected for East Ward. South Dunedin.—The only candidate nominated to-day for East Ward was Thomas Fiddis, his proposers being Messrsi William Henry Warren and Allan M'Donald. Mobnington.—JamesCahillwasre-eleoted councillor for First Ward, Mornington, without opposition, his proposers being Messrs Thomas Carroll and James White.
